I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing

I could stay awake just to hear you breathing
watch you smile while you are sleeping while you´re far away and dreaming
I could spend my life in this sweet surrender
I could stay lost in this moment forever
Every moment spent with you is a moment I treasure

Don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you babe and I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
the sweetest dream would never do I'd still miss you babe and I don't wanna miss a thing

Laying close to you feeling your heart beating
and I'm wondering what you're dreaming
wondering if it's me you're seeing
And then I kiss your eyes and thank God we're together
I just wanna stay with you in this moment forever, forever and ever

I don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you babe and I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
the sweetest dream would never do I'd still miss you babe and I don't wanna miss a thing

And I don't wanna miss one smile
And don't wanna miss one kiss
And I just wanna be with you right here with you, just like this
And just wanna hold you close
I feel your heart so close to mine
and just stay here in this moment for all the rest of time
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, YEAH

Don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you babe and I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
the sweetest dream would never do I'd still miss you babe and I don't wanna miss a thing

Incomprehension

Imagine the person you have been married to for over fifty years is close to leaving this world, staying in the hospital for the last days. Could you imagine to leave that person behind, alone during the last hours? Driving home with the car because you cannot stand the stress connected to your stay, the pressure? Would you tell that your family? Letting someone absolutely foreign watch over your most beloved?

I mean, who would do something like that? Leaving the one person you truly loved and knew for most of your life in the really 'hard' times, the worst, maybe. You promised to stay when it would come to those times, but nevertheless now you are leaving. You let pass the precious moments which you know could be the last.

It is incomprehensible for me, frankly speaking. If I were in that situation - all I would wish for were some last private, precious moments with that person. I would sit at his side, not even leaving to go to sleep, because I would be too afraid to miss his last breath. I would stay at his side until the last moment. And even longer.

die alleralleraller wundervollste, tollste, schönste, dramatischste serie aller, aller zeiten.

one last time

Can I hold you one last time?
To fight the fear, that is growing in my mind.
I know I did us both, oh so wrong
I know I'm not always all that strong
A B C D E F and G
That reminds me of when we were free
Before life began to tear us apart
Remember those classes when we thought we were so smart
We were lovers in every way
Left school together, went back to my place
Now I can hardly remember her face
Before I met her I was sad
Can I hold you one last time?
To fight this feeling, that is growing in my mind.

you got the wrong number

What do you mean you wanna talk... about us?
Who’s us?
There’s no me and you!
You should have thought about us
when you was with her
you wasn’t thinking ‘bout me

Hello Hello Hello Hello
You got the wrong number!
Oh boy you broke my heart
too many times
for me to say Hello.

Hello Hello

Personal Therapy - The Writing

Writing is therapy. And I do believe in that. No matter whether you are writing small stories, poems, diary, letters or even just some thoughts without any order - it does help. The topic is of no importance in this case. It's just the writing and letting the emotions out, without holding any back.
Even Goethe did it and let his characters die instead of killing himself what has been a wise step and a perfect example for the therapeutic effect writing can have.

Schreiben hilft beim Nachdenken

Hide your craziness behind a beautiful smile. That's all you need.
- Paulo Coelho

"No matter how dreary and grey our homes are, we people of flesh and blood would rather live there than in any other country, be it ever so beautiful. There is no place like home."
- The Wizard of Oz (Lyman Frank Baum)
